Ghostmates (2016)

Socially-awkward and unemployed Charlie finds a great new apartment only to know that it is haunted by Eddie, the former owner who dies in a freak accident. Eddie pesters his new roommate until Charlie agrees to help make amends with the living and get to heaven.
