Miracle in the Woods (1997)

Estranged sisters Sarah and Wanda inherit property from their mother that has always belong to their family. Sarah insists on selling it as soon as possible because she could use the money, and she and her daughter Gina go to see about it; Wanda wishes to keep the property in the family.
