When Doina, a pathologically litigious 55-year-old woman obsessed with absolute silence, moves into an otherwise ordinary apartment building, the residents find themselves under attack - their lives transformed into an absurdist nightmare. Led by Andrei, a mild-mannered math teacher reluctantly pushed into action, the neighbors band together in a series of desperate, increasingly unhinged attempts to restore harmony.
