Whiplash (2014)

Andrew Neyman is an ambitious young jazz drummer. Terence Fletcher is an instructor known equally for his teaching talents and his terrifying methods. Fletcher discovers Andrew and transfers the aspiring drummer into his band, forever changing the young man's life.
