Kascha and Francois are undercover LA Vice operatives who have just been put on special assignment in Hawaii. Apparently there’s a big time drug dealer rising in the ranks out there and nobody, not even the Hawaii PD, can be trusted. It’s up to our all-star duo to get to the bottom of this case and have some fun in the process!
